How do I track my glampingeco.com order?
GECO Inc. Customer Service staff will send you the tracking number by Email once your package has been shipped. Please check your email in time.
Please complete the following steps to track your order:
• Log into My Account (located at the top of the Home Page).
• Click on the Order Number you wish to track.
• Click on the Tracking Number for the item you wish to track.
• Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to update Tracking Status.
• Oversized Item Delivery Policy has special shipping arrangements. Delivery of oversized- items can take 1-2 weeks and you may not have tracking information for these items.
• Until International shipments leave the China shipping hub, you may not have tracking information.
• Please keep your mobile phone open during this time and pay attention to sign for the parcel.
